Total Time:

3 min

Image-empty-state.png
Ingredients:
  • Trader Joe's Multigrain Slim Sandwich Bread

  • 1 banana

  • Peanut Butter (of your choice)

Directions:

  1. Toast the slim sandwich bread in the toaster.

  2. Once it's toasted, spread your peanut butter on both pieces of bread.

  3. Cut 6-7 slices of banana and lay it on top of each side.

Bonus Thoughts:

I still can't believe I forgot about making these as a morning staple until recently. Sometimes I think recipes get so fancy, you forget the classics. I think what makes this one just a tad cooler is the Trader Joe's sandwich slims. I love any kind of sandwich slim bread because it makes such a good open face sandwich. And not to mention, it suddenly looks gourmet when you put it on a circle plate. ;)
